I was having problems with my vehicle. Couldn't find the problem. Capital Car Care found that the key needed to be reprogrammed. Wow, many thanks 😊 for finding the solution.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Capital Car Care regarding my warranty claim. My vehicle’s engine failed on January 15, 2026, and the vehicle was towed to their repair facility. They kept my vehicle until March 19, 2026. When I picked it up, warning lights were still on the dashboard, but I was told everything was okay and advised to take it to the dealership to clear the lights. After leaving, I noticed my vehicle had trouble accelerating on the highway and would randomly shut off. I stopped driving it and took it to Volkswagen on March 22, where I explained the issues. I was redirected back to Capital Car Care. My vehicle remained involved in repairs/issues from March 22 through May 15, 2026. Now, after receiving the vehicle back, my check engine light has returned and I’m again experiencing acceleration issues on the highway. When I contacted SilverRock, I was told to return to Capital Car Care—the same facility that already had my vehicle for approximately 5 months. I was then informed it would take another 4–5 weeks before testing could even be performed. Communication throughout this process, particularly from Susan, was poor and updates were limited. I
